Cryptocurrency : Wendy O, The Host Of O Show Shares Her Views On Crypto Market System

Wendy features on CNBC-India where she gives her take on crypto adoption trends in 2021.

“2021 was an absolutely phenomenal year for crypto” she said, ‘there were so many things we saw come out of the ecosystem–-we saw defi become more adopted, and NFTs, and metaverse projects gain traction in a meaningful way.”

When asked about the vast amount of newcomers that have recently entered the space and how they should approach the crypto market, Wendy explains that no investment is guaranteed and that there are always pros and cons regardless of the market.

That said, in crypto, you have the assurance of knowing that you can invest your own money with your own free will, which she adds is really a new idea for the financial marketplace.

The novelty of crypto also means there’s a lot to learn no just for investors, but for regulators and lawmakers as well, and Wendy urges them to be careful as they continue down that road, to fully learn the pros and cons of the underlying technology so as to not stifle beneficial innovation.

From Web3 and metaverses, to CBDCs, there’s a lot to be excited about for the future, and Wendy encourages everyone to put themselves out there and actually explore these cool new products—albeit methodically!
